- Dear Allottees,
Please be apprised that Substantial progress with regards to the entire range of pre development and development activities has been made.
Video Surveillance cameras have been installed in compliance of directions issued by the TCP in furtherance of directions of Commission of air quality management.
Electricity Connection Restored.
Electrification Plan and Ultimate Load for IT Park for HT Supply Approved and Sanctioned
A Bank Guarantee of Rs. 2.5 Cr approx. to be furnished to DHBVN before execution.
Consultant appointed for HT Connection.
DTCP Licence Renewed. All compliances with DTCP uploaded online after Renewal of License and a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 55.01 Lac has been submitted for the same. Another Bank Guarantee of Rs. 98.975 Lac has been submitted along with Service Estimates.
Sanction Plans Revalidation from DTCP have been applied along with bank guarantee required by DTCP to be furnished along with Service Estimates for entire project.
The Application for Extension of the HRERA Registration has been filed.
Height Clearance from Airport Authority of India has been received.
Environmental Clearance has been applied for and due to be received soon.
Work orders placed for following jobs in Tower B1:
1. Work Order For Facia repairs.
2. Order for material (ACP sheets ) required for Facia repair
3. Work order for Firefighting, Fire alarm & Fire doors work
4. Procurement of Cradles for Facia repair and subsequent maintenance.
5. HVAC WORKS
6. BASEMENT VENTILATION SYSTEM AND PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM
7. STRUCTURAL REPAIRS & REHABILITATION WORKS (Tower B1 & B2)
Material on site sorted for use and scrap. Facilities constructed for labour.
Quotations have been received for 6 nos. lifts in Tower B1 and 12 nos. lifts in Tower B2
Quotations invited for Internal Electrification Panels for the Towers.
Landscaping Pruning of trees & bushes / vegetation is done on regular basis.
All four basements have been cleaned and adequate lighting fixtures have been installed.
Total Amounts Proposed to be paid by the Successful Resolution Applicant (Crown Abacus IT Park Association) as per the terms of the Resolution Plan, within Six Months to Operational Creditors (Statutory Dues, Employees / Workmen and Suppliers etc.) have been PAID.
